When you finish a kayaking trip and you leave wanting more, the same thing usually happens: you start thinking about the next one.
The “Palagrino” Passport was born precisely from that desire. An urge to continue exploring the Mediterranean, trip by trip, calmly and thoughtfully. Curiosity to discover new coastlines, paddling in different environments, and sharing the sea with people who understand kayaking in the same way as you.
It’s not about racking up kilometers for the sake of it or collecting destinations. It’s about accumulating real experiences, well-guided and in worthwhile settings. Little by little, coast by coast.
The “Palagrino” Passport is a collaborative project among some Mediterranean sea kayaking companies that offer complete and iconic journeys through their respective territories.
It’s a real passport, a physical booklet, somewhere between a travel passport and a logbook. A memory to accompany you journey after journey.
Each time you complete one of the Passport’s journeys, you receive your official stamp, certifying that this coastline is now part of your paddling adventures.
The Palagrino Passport begins with three great expeditions through the western Mediterranean sea, very different from each other, but united by the same adventurous spirit.
Each company organizes its expedition on its own territory, with its own way of working and its own personality, but we share the same philosophy:
Sea kayaking with expertise and experience
In-depth knowledge of the environment
Well-planned and expertly guided expeditions
Respect for the sea and for those who navigate it
It’s not a competition or a race against the clock. It’s a way to explore the Mediterranean by paddling, coast to coast, stage by stage.
Each time you complete an expedition from The Palagrino Passport, you will get a stamp in it with a unique seal from that coast. A simple gesture, but with profound meaning: that crossing now becomes part of your story as a paddler.
When you complete the three great expeditions, you will receive a special recognition from the Sculptor’s Passport. A token of appreciation for those who have paddled the Mediterranean, day after day, connecting islands and coastlines with skill, perseverance, and countless hours at sea.
It’s not an award to hang on a shelf. It’s a memory of an epic journey.
